The taking of order is carried out:

- Minimum of 250€ HT per order (excluding shipping costs)
SHIPPING COSTS
Depending on the country and the place of delivery, shipping costs may vary.
For each order, the shipping costs will be confirmed by a return email.
PRICES
All our prices are net without taxes, without discount or rebate, invoicing at the current rate.
All our prices are subject to change without notice (except for special one-time operations).
PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank check (France only)
- Bank transfer
- SEPA direct debit (Europe only)
- LCR 30 days end of month (France only), for an order of 500€ HT minimum (excluding shipping costs).
CLAIMS
Any complaint must reach us within 48 hours following the reception of the goods.
No return will be accepted without prior agreement from us.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The goods remain our property until their complete payment.
In the event of receivership or liquidation, we may claim the return of goods sold and not paid within 3 months from the publication of the judgment opening the procedure.
LITIGATION
In case of dispute, only the Commercial Court of Vannes (France) will be competent.
The mere fact of placing an order for goods implies total and unconditional acceptance of our General Terms of Sale.
